With over 20 years of experience around the globe as a corporate manager, coach, entrepreneur, and transformational leadership trainer, Iva is on a mission to create a positive domino effect in the world. Her work centres on guiding individuals and teams through journeys of self-discovery, fostering a safe space to reconnect with core human values and re-learn what it means to simply be good humans again.
Iva believes in the mantra It Starts With You First. She reminds everyone she works with that It Is Our Choice how we show up—in our day, our interactions, and our conversations. By helping people re-acquire essential human skills, reflect deeply, and become self-aware, Iva empowers them to leverage the power of conversation. For her, conversations are not just exchanges of words—they’re the foundation for creating positive, lasting impact. A true Superpower.
As a teenager, Iva was known as a “Rebel with no cause.” Today, she proudly owns her role as a “Rebel with a powerful and passionate cause”—one dedicated to fostering the positive shifts our world so urgently needs.
Beyond her professional life, Iva is a mom, a partner, a daughter, sister and a passionate small homesteader and a rollerblader. She is constantly re-discovering her own purpose and striving to make a meaningful impact, big or small, in the hopes of sparking a ripple of positivity in others.
